Window Cleaning Workplace
As well as our own premises directly under All Clean control every one of our clients buildings is also a workplace for our window cleaners and as such All Clean have to be sure that all premises used by our window cleaners are safe and clean with adequate welfare facilities.
All Clean carry out full site specific risk assessments and method statements beore beginning any task. This is carried out by All Clean's Nebosh qualified safety team and ensures the safety of All Clean Services staff, clients staff and any other parties.
We work safely, we develop our staff, we give everyone the opportunity to contribute to a learning environment, share ideas and concerns and take personal ownership of their goals. We respect the rights of employees and recognise and reward achievement.
